Practical information

Tubes can be send by mail in envelopes with 2 cm height. The mail category depends on the modalities of the senders country and shipping company. Please get detailed information about the information requirements specific for your area.

It is recommended to ship with tracking order.

Each tube contains 1 ml of pure Ethanol. Tubes are shipped in cardboard envelopes as samples. The amount of alcohol is usually within the accepted limits for shipment. 

​

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the timely arrival of the samples in the laboratory.

• Individual batches can be send at any time and are processed once a week. Latest arrival day is Wednesday evening.

• Collective batches must arrive punctually at the predefined date. Orders can be cancelled with deposit refunded until  two weeks before the predefined date. In the event of later cancellations, the deposit fee will not be refunded. 

 

In any case, samples need to be preordered to be processed.
